Fashion advice please.  I snagged this odd pencil skirt for a cool $3 at the last Tulle sale (MissCheapskate knows how to work it, yo) and have been racking my brain ever since trying to figure out what to wear with it.  For now, I’m in love with pairing it with these indigo tights, and the black shoes and black cardigan balance each other out…

But the shirt..  I wore just a white one here, but I can’t come up with a permanent love-it solution.  An entire black shirt would be too much, methinks - can y’all suggest a color/style shirt for me to wear with it?
