happy saturday!

I do still have house guests, so this is the best we're gonna get today.  But don't you think this chart is far more useful than anything else I could say?  Me too.

Stop saying things like that. I don't want to remember how long ago it was when movies came out. Stupid kids in high school *now* weren't born when I was *in* high school...grrr.

Mwahahaha! So funny!!! I just BARELY made this chart -- I slip off of it next week! Hmmm ... what does it say about me that The Little Mermaid is my favorite movie. Uhm, yeah.

Also, left you an award on my bloggie:

...I'm slow tonight...took me a while to 'get it'. At first I thought it said that The Little Mermaid came out 33-35 years ago. I was about to go on a warpath and say 'I REMEMBER IT COMING OUT!! My own Daddy came with us to the movie theater! There is NO WAY this chart is accurate!'...

...but then I read it again...heehee...

Fun chart.

You know the face Kevin makes in Home Alone? Yeah, I just made that face when I realized how old that movie is. And then there's also the realization that my oldest is just a few months shy of being the same age I was when The Little Mermaid came out. Dang, I'm old.

Maybe we should extend that list to the kids, though they think that DuckTales are contemporary.

HEAR YE. I need to document the fact that I ran 3 miles and didn't feel like death.  So just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I did...
